Brutal Doom missing textures?

I'm on Water traatmen plant level on Brutal Doom, is level 3, but when I enter I see all those blue and white textures. I'm missing tectures it seems, but is there a way to solve this?

Which wad is this exactly? I assume you are talking about Recurring Nightmare?

Make sure you are running it with doom 2 and have no other mods running
