wallabra Posted February 9, 2021 I was up till 9 am doing one. It's not finished yet, as obviously sleep got in the way :P. Honestly it's probably a good thing to work on it without feeling the impulse to lay back and close my eyes every fifteen seconds while I plop my linedefs and align stuff. vedan Posted February 14, 2021 My first ever map: Temple of Doom (https://www.moddb.com/mods/tod-temple-of-doom) small office area nice optional / secret area (powercore idea stolen from Rick Clark and enhanced by me, found on doomworld/prefabs) laser beams (from realms667.com) with first script modification for turning sector damage on / off imps dwelling into partially collapsed waste storage the blood room (the guys on the ceiling are screaming, script also found on realms667.com) finale of the level with a skybox viewport surrounded by fire & ember & powerfield spawners (kinda proud) I also added many custom ambient sound to get a nice atmosphere. A.o.D. Posted February 15, 2021 I'm putting the finishing touches on my third map. I decided that I wanted to learn basic ACS scripting, so this map is a vehicle for that.
