I haven't put the story yet, but I have the idea, the player character is from Taransman's Projectile Hell..

My First wad I recently completed,  certainly not a masterpiece but I'm happy enough with it:-)

Very early stage of this map but it's taking shape already. It's gonna be a concrete and steel megastructure. Feeling alien, artificial, and lifeless. GRAY1 is just a placeholder for something, probably from OTEX. We'll see.

Looks great for a first wad! I would recommend posting this map as a whole new topic, there is where your probably gonna get the most tips to make your next map better!

hay should i add a map that only looks good not a great or amazing? ya'know like every thing here...

it is the first map-pack i'v uploaded to doom world, but it looks good in 1 spot really... idk here it is

It looks good already, I'd place items and monsters around to make it less empty. Also, don't afraid to detail some ceilings to break flatness, add some light differences.

i'm not afraid to detail stuff, i just don't have idea's... at all, but lighting sounds like a great detail idea, also i took pictures with the "-nomonsters" gzdoom parameter there are enemy's it is still empty looking tho, thanks!

I found some time to do a bit more to my Hellbreach v2 PK3 conversion - this time, I started working on tweaking MAP17. I converted the dummy overhanging room near the start to a proper 3D floor. Here's a couple of videos:

They are all red textures but I used dynamic lights around them to make the flesh illuminate the map and stand out more. I also set the sector floors to glow so I don't have to go as heavy on the dynamic lighting.

Beams, trims, sector lights, some cracks around on ceiling could work well.

what are trims? also i think it looks WAY better now just blasted a wall open and added a new platforming zone [i added air control to the player so it is fun] and a secret area.
