volleyvalley Posted February 24, 2023 (edited) I've gotten more free time recently, so I started to design more levels. I am currently still designing the level itself, but a good chunk of it is already done. For this map, I went for an old school castle design with dark lighting and bright torches. fai1025 Posted March 7, 2023 more concrete Spoiler btw the map is nearly done and is call "Angmngthoo" (紅毛塗) what does it mean? well it's just Taiwanese for concrete. (by the way for you language nerd, the term Ang-mng-thoo or 紅毛塗, it's a unique term in Taiwanese-Hokkien, "Ang-mng" mean red hair which is the common name for the Dutch who settle in the island which brought some concrete for building, and "thoo" mean some sort of paste or dirt. the term stuck and it wasn't until the Japanese came that we got another term of concrete, which is "khong-kuh-lih" basically straight-translate of konkurito コンクリート) 21 Quote Share this post Link to post
