Interesting, there's an alternative version (rarer than the original) of Id Anthology that contains a version of Plutonia and TNT that fixes some bugs and adds some minor changes to the maps.
Here's an unofficial patch that contains these changes, and also patches 2 Commander Keen games.

Also, there are 2 ID-themed dog tags? But why?
