Does it have to do something with NFTs’? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

I think the irony is that if everyone gets on the blockchain system it will end up becoming the new centralized thing. complete anarchy only works if no one's a dickhead and so far I don't think that's going to work. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post

Doomkid Posted July 1, 2022 I'm thankful to say this newer thread about how Shit-O-Currency is crashing is probably the better place to continue this topic, if for some reason someone wants to say more about it: With any luck the whole thing will die in the ass eventually, but I don't know if we're that lucky. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

starlightends Posted November 9, 2023 It is great if you live in countries that don’t really provide opportunities for international transactions. And well, It is a great way of making anonymous financial operations. The problem is that pretty much every exchanger wants your IDs these days and combining this with blockchain transparency- well, let’s say, fiats are way less traceable XD Of course you can use Monero, but when it comes to BTC, you just have to use something like this crypto mixer https://tumbler.io/ 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Panzermann11 Posted November 9, 2023 (edited) So, it seems somebody bumped this thread. Well, what do I think about it? Personally, I think it's useless, imaginary techno-currency that seems to only serve to make graphics cards expensive. Edited November 14, 2023 by Panzermann11 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
aloysiusfreeman Posted November 9, 2023 At one job there were two dudes that kinda had their own crypto club and talked about crypto all the time. I overheard one of them say how he had poured like $15k of his savings into it. This was a few years ago, and he was also someone that fell for a phishing scam and bought $200 worth of Target gift cards for someone posing as his boss. My thoughts on crypto? I just hope that it doesn't ruin my old coworkers life and other people's lives. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
