I think the premise for that idea is that most people find 360-noscopes to be super annoying, so in Certain Affinity's bid to appeal to casuals they removed the ability to kill with a headshot entirely.

na it's possible, my record are 3 headshots in a row, I just wonder why I didn't hit the head there, it feels kinda random
