Test maps w/o publishing?

Is there any way to put out a map for testing without publishing through the snapmap system? Or do I publish..wait..take feedback..edit..and republish under a DIFFERENT snapcode?

You can publish and then republish and it won't be a new name or anything. If you do publish again on a published map it will keep the same code unless you change the name.
