You should include a .txt file with some information about the run, and the file you upload should be a .zip containing the demo file and txt file, not a .rar.

FYI, this isn't actually a Stroller because you strafed and had vert mouse on without -turbo 50 which led to movements above walk speed (MF25). I suggest putting on -stroller when you record Strollers, that way the port will prevent you from doing illegal inputs.
