I'm using outlaws, but it doesn't provide railings and other stuff that fistful's textures offer, I really want to use fistful's but I'm not sure if I can. Also I'm using Powerslave's textures for canyons, caves, etc.

This is from the text file in fistful.zip:

screen or Menu backdrop image. We'd also like to know if you have built extra
levels, just out of interest.

I don't know if that applies to the textures as well. I would recommend contacting the author for further inquiries, but after 20 years you may be out of luck.
