I found some files in Brutal Doom v20b

I'm really sorry if this has been posted before but...
I was bored and decided to go through the sprite files of Brutal Doom. I found these sprites there. Any idea what these are for?

They're obviously sprites for a custom player class. You can search through Brutal Doom's DECORATE text files for the sprite prefix "FMW" to see if there is such an actor that uses them - if not, they're unused assets.

Is that not one of the NPC female marines seen in the Hell on Earth wad?

I'm pretty sure that's one of the NPC sprites I believe.

Well... I wasn't able to find anything in the decorates. It's probably the NPC but is it supposed to be in Brutal Doom itself? Anyway, thanks for your help.

Nope the Starter Pack female marines look different and the sprites can be found on the Starter Pack .wad, not in the .pk3 file of BDv20b

Then perhaps it's an unfinished female player sprite. I know the player menu has had the male/female option for a while but it currently does nothing as far as I know.

Interesting. I wonder if the previous versions have these unused sprites as well.
