Doom forum's images

Many forums related to Doom(like Zdoom's Forum) have some threads with images that doesn't exist anymore (like this one http://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?t=20793). is there anywhere where this threads are stored with images(like some old sites)?

Have you tried archive.org?

All I can think to do is enter the thread's URL into the Wayback Machine, but 99 times out of 100, individual threads don't seem to be archived there.

Hm... I've tried that, but the thread don't exist in the archieve.

Doing a search of all the pages they've archived for forum.zdoom.org and filtering by the thread number (20793) turned up several thread pages, but only a handful of images on the first page. Fortunately, Kappes Buur had them sitting on an old drive and posted a download link in the thread. Unfortunately, it's a MediaFire link, and their latest ploy to piss folks off is to post an advert when you click the download button.
