scifista42 Posted August 30, 2016 In ZDoom, skies seem to be already stretched by default, and if you want to fix the position of the sky's bottom to match the screen's bottom, I think you'd have to edit the texture graphic itself. Unfortunately, skies in Doom display differently in different ports and/or under different settings, so there might not be an universal solution. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Soundblock Posted August 30, 2016 Resolution also has a bearing on how the Doom sky loops. At least in ZDoom, which is where I test my stuff. I found 1024x512 to be the best resolution for avoiding noticeable seams near the bottom of the sky texture. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
