Confused about how this map is using a midi

It's not using a custom midi, and it's very "muted" compared to the normal d_adrian. I've toggled underwater reverb off and on, restarted the sound system, and it still sounds the same.

Maybe it uses SoundEnvironment things, in which case toggling underwater reverb off wouldn't work.

Volume is fine, but it's like most of the instruments are taken out.
