I'm currently focused on a pack inclusive of pretty much all standard Doom themes, including numerous textures intended for hell and gothic themed maps. There's probably over 3000+ new textures at the moment, so there's plenty for each theme. The main stalling point is that the pack includes quite a few edits of textures made by other members of the community (and also a few from community HD packs for the likes of Quake and Duke Nukem), and I need to spend some time going through everything and making sure everyone gets credited. 6 Quote Share this post Link to post

NiGHTMARE Posted November 11, 2018 (edited) Okay, so I've just gone through the WIP texture .wad and copied over everything that I felt could be useful for a hell-theme level (be it in the style of ID or Deus Vult and the like) to a new file. You can download it here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/df4craj26snzga1/helltext.zip/file There are some recoloured versions of Doom's fire textures, but I haven't bothered including an ANIMATED lump or anything for them. Also, while the entries in TEXTURE1 are more-or-less in alphabetical order, the patches are completely unsorted. EDIT: Just realised I forgot to include any flats! I'll upload those at some point later in the week. wolfmcbeard Posted November 16, 2018 (edited) Some lights I plan on using for my big project that I've decided to use only specific, vanilla, modified vanilla, and crap I make in paint textures. (I used a Doom 2 light as a base) Here's a dead comp too, I think this one is also a modified D2 tex but I cant find what I used as a template to build it from.
