I think I might need a less grubby looking concrete texture

Man, great stuff (especially the flats, walls and girders)! Only quibble would be that in a lot of them your texture layer has a very discernible top-left to bottom-right dark patch, which is going to look bad tiled.

 

I love how consistent the style is, look forward to playing some maps geared up with these..

I like to imagine this could have been the Gargoyles from Eternal put through classic Doom's art style.

So they just look more "old school" but with the jaw still metal and maybe the blade arms.

I love it! Well, the first one doesn't blend too well, but the other two are looking just fine to me. Would make a nice final boss for a wad that's classic but wants to vary things up just a little.

I'm attempting to make a personal textureset for NaNoWadMo in November,

Speaking of FIREBLU variants, Anarcho-Capitalist FIREBLU.

I wanted to experiment with fireblu replacement for my portals. I probably shouldn't have blacked out the whole blue spectrum though.
