A variant with closed jaw. I checked HPac and I don't think they did such a thing, plus it's not released it so using resources from it is complicated.

But mostly i was taking about this topic and some popular texture packs, didn't find anything like that (except some bloody dudes from cc4-tex)

In the future, I want to do a VR-themed project. In anticipation, I'm amusing myself by making ads that can be used as walls or flats

Perhaps a little stretching the concept of texture, but that's what I'm planing to use them for.

 

Flashing lights, beware of seizures.

That one with the lost soul is flashing VERY rapidly, worried it might (alongside some other ones) be dangerous for those who can get seizures from flickering lights. Highly distracting, in any case.

I gave it different FPS, but it's in no way binding. Putting them under spoiler is probably a good idea.

What? I don't get you.

If you meant cut SP_DUDE dudes from wall and make this guys midtextures, then well, its already exists in a cc4-tex.wad, which is a really popular texture pack. So there is no reason to do that.

If you meant cut SP_DUDE dudes and complete the wall texture, then there is no reason to do that either. Like they are already on the walls that exists in vanilla doom.

If that was some kind of "why do we need this useless shit?", well cuz instead editing each fricking texture you need to make bloody, you can just put a blood midtex near it and be happy. So i made those and post, so you don't need to waste your time to cut them of from original textures

I mean - it may help if you often use one texture as bloody. As example if I would use same bricks with same blood patch, i would do a TEXTUREx/TEXTURES patch with it. But why do I need to add a new texture, if i use one variation for once in a mappack? I would just place a midtexture next to wall, and not have a useless texture patch all the time in a texture list in a UDB, you know. Maybe it just me tho

Plus, using TEXTURES is a hell of a lot less convenient if you’re using PK3 format, since adding textures normally that way bypasses the need for PNAMES, so to do it you’d add a lot more complexity compared to adding textures through a Textures folder.

TEXTURES, not TEXTURE#. You don't need PNAMES when you use ZDoom lump. XD

Nah, that OK, even the leading Obsidian, former ObAddon dev didn't knew about it, and if I didn't told him, we would still be getting recolours and other variants as files in Obsidian Texture Pack. +)

Had to crop these as much as possible to work as a wall texture as much as I could to remove the title names.

This time I just used the Doom Discolored color palette in Slade to make it more friendly to texture editing and to match Doom's default color palette much more accurately.

 

Feel free to use these textures if you want.

Took the red background from the DoomWadStation website and made it into a sky texture.

A bit too rough, but I like it, it looks like some violent thunderstorm skies.
