A texture I made from a lamp that I took a picture of. Again, not paletted, since I don’t have SLADE handy, but I tried to get the high contrast yellow look.

Improved on the previous "Alan Moore" texture by combining it with STONE4 - though it won't tile with that very well because shade is different.
I can probably turn this guy into a switch by adding pull ring from hexen into his mouth and give him glowing eyes. But not today.

Circuitry texture:

I made it out of a SEGA Saturn motherboard, shown here:

Then I combined it with COMPSPAN and added a shadow to get the final result.

Wonder if it's OK to have 3 switches have a single switch on the other side. I did it by accident before without consequences, but still.

They're actually all individual doors (sorry I didn't make that more clear) and not one texture switch. 
The green "open" door was more of a throwaway to fit in with the other three, which act as regular locked keycard doors.

I assumed you intended green one to be "on" switch to partner with locked ones.

Nice! I'm a big fan of locked doors getting their own textures.  I made these for the big UAC doors myself:

Thank you for addressing my main quibble with textures made for Build being used in the Doom engine (and not resized). Even in the Build games, these textures tended to be shrunk down when actually applied to walls; in Doom, this is even more of an issue, as the player is only 56 map units high and the door textures tend to be at least 128 pixels tall.

I drew a red brick texture back in 2018, for something that i forgot.

 

I found it on an old flash drive, so i decided to touch it up, and make gray and brown variants.

 

All three of these textures are Doom paletted.
