CsDoom Master Server troubles

CsDoom Master Server - csdoom.dhs.org has such troubles:

From dhs.org:
All non-contributing accounts have been deactivated. These accounts can be reclaimed till the end of August by making a contribution of $5 USD per account as indicated at Making a Contribution.

I've tried to reactivate it, but only temporarily:
"Account reactivated. You now have 30 days to send in a payment before your account will be disabled permanently."

Can anybody who knows such situatuions help?
(I want to accentuate - master server itself (hosted by Bahdko) works, problem is only with its name)
