how to make translucent deep water in GZD Builder?

hello
i´m wondering how to make translucent deep water in gzdoom builder. i know how o make deep water but what about translucent deep water? i know it has something to do with "set 3D floor" but when i do this the translucent water sector is above deep water. any help please?
