Creepy sound mod I cant find anymore

So I'm looking for this soundmod I once played with back when Doomsday getting the 3D models thing was kinda new. This sound pack essecnially replaced all the monster sounds with much creepier sounds. I remember distinctly that the zombies sounds were replaced with actual dialog, like when they first see you they say things like "I wanna kill you" and "Join us". They made the pinky demon death sounds creepier and the Icon of Sin's alter sound is replaced with what sounds like lots of distorted screaming and screeching.

Anyone know what mod I'm talking about? I tried finding it on google for months and got nothing. Also can anyone recommend any creepy monster sounds mods that will work with Brutal Doom? I got the PSX and N64 sounds but I want a creepier one
