I am a big fan of the castlevania games and their gothic medieval theme so i was wondering if there are some good doom megawads that have this particular theme

Gothic medieval Hell is a pretty popular theme thanks to the Gothic texture pack, though it's not one of my personal favorites and I'm not able to come up with as many examples as I'd like off the top of my head. Definitely check out Bloodstain, as well as the last five maps of Scythe 2.
