A true frontend for wads that let you see entire collection?

I use an android port of DosBox called Magic Dosbox for my tablet that lets me display my entire MS-DOS collection with boxart supplied by Moby Games.  It looks really nice and works great.  Is there something similar for Doom wads that show your entire collection of community wads that can be configured to run with the various source ports & settings you select?  My wad collection is massive - about 100 wads - so I'd like to be able to see them all displayed at once then just click n play.  Screenshots would be a bonus but not requisite.  I currently use Doom Explorer but it's not a frontend.  I know HyperSpin and its ilk can do this but it seems a daunting project to configure each one manually.
