Need help making a server in Zdaemon.

First of all I was gonna ask this on the Zdaemon forums but I can't even get an activation email for my account. 2nd I've made servers before and have never had this much trouble making one until now. I logged into my router just fine and forwarded the ports to 10666 and every time i go to set it up on Master and Lan my server only shows up on Lan. Like i said I advertised it on both Master and Lan so there is no reason this should be happening. Could it have something to do with my provider? I'm using xfinity if that helps. I really would like some help with this though.
