Best HD texture pack?

What is the best HD standalone texture wad or pk3 to use with Doom including Doom 2 and Final Doom?

Best is subjective.  Dark texture pack is a unique one that's around 100mb.  Then you have DHTP and AltDHTP will some differences between the two, both at a reasonable file size.  There's this "lite" version of cacodemon textures (has nothing to do with the monster) http://www.moddb.com/mods/cacodemon-textures/downloads/ctu2017-lite but it lagged me to hell.  I think it's around 600mb.  I'd hate to see the non-lite version.  There may be more but I don't know of them as I haven't tried them.

There was the HD texture pack used in the Doomsday Engine which also worked in GZDoom (it has almost 100 MB)...I wonder if it's still available
