Take just one-sided / two-sided lines from selection?

Is there a shortcut that can do this? Would save even more time than make sector and auto-align together :) want my mapping to be super-efficient and currently the biggest efficiency leak is this - when selecting all new-made sectors and wanting to texture them

Check the Linedefs menu in Doom Builder, there are two functions that do exactly this :)
