Help with creating a new monster?

I've come up with a small idea for a little joke monster to use with ol' Nashgore. I doubt it's impossible, but I have no clue on how to mod WADs.

All I've created so far are bots for deathmatch.

 

I already have SLADE, but I'm not sure if that's enough, and I have little-to-no knowledge about ACS. I'm looking to create a 'janitor' character that will appear as soon as blood is spilled, and will wander around until they find the blood left on the floor, and play a little mopping-up animation until the blood is gone. Would this be possible for a tiny gag addon for Nashgore? If so, can anyone help me out in creating it?

 

I plan to use this with Zandronum 2.1.2
