Thoughts on HDOOM?

But then I played like 10 Doom 2 levels with it, while using the animations once in a while, so I concluded that I must be a pervert. It is weirdly satisfying to be honest, though I don't recommend to anyone playing it.

What can i say about it.....

Despite the content, it's really interesting how well made are the monster sprites, the sex animation and also the weapons.

It was interesting, but honestly i got bored really fast.

You'd think HDoom would be right up my alley, since it combines two of my all-time favorite things.  But, I dunno.  Just doesn't work for me.  I guess I just prefer to keep my pr0n and FPS fix separate.

 

I dunno, maybe if I had three hands, I could get into it.

It's... Interesting. I never played myself, I think (unless it slipped by with all the other mods I played over the years). I'm not turned on by it, though giving credit where credit is due I'll admit that somebody spent a lot of time perfecting those sprite-animations.

To me, it's fascinating how much of a cultural icon Doom has become, to the point at which creating porn of it can actually be considered profitable (according to the creator's Patreon, at least).

To be honest this time, it's good there's someone making this thing, but for me, it's just there. Despite me being weird in taste, it doesn't really work out as a Doom mod, so I won't actually load this and play it. Well, it's kind of too much to me if this can actually generate $$$ for the designer.

 

I just appreciate the pixelated sprite of those things, but still, I really, really hate the sprite of Cacodemons.

You are correct. I have tried it out too. Combat is nice, scenes are good enough.
