I think it's just meant to be creepy. I had that poster on my wall for years, and I might still have it somewhere. But in between taking it down and putting it up it ended up getting pretty torn, and taped back together. And then I passed the phase where I wanted posters on my wall. It was still kind of a neat addition to the box set though; like the poster that came with Ultimate Doom. Which I'm pretty sure I still have, and which was much larger. But that kind of got torn up as well.
