How'd you enjoy the Badlands? I should probably get out there again sometime, it's been over 10 years since I went. It's always beautiful though. I mean, yeah, it's just rocks and dirt, hasn't really changed at all since I was a kid, but it's beautiful.

I never seem to have much time when passing through that part of the world, so I am kind of seeing them in small portions each time. Last time I did the Badlands Loop Road (which I think has most of the top sights) I had time for about half the stops, but did find time to visit the silo at the nearby Delta-09 Minuteman Site. Shame so many of the SD attractions are on the far side of the state. But if you want to make the trip over there, you can stop off at the Fagen Fighters Museum and Pipestone NM to break up the journey.
