[WIP] OpenCoop Unofficial Expansion pack

This addon intend to bring a classic feel to Doom 3 Coop, it includes custom monsters for OpenCoop (Baron Of Hell, PainElemental, Hellflower, Wizard [Quake] and Shambler) and some custom maps adapted for OpenCoop. It also would include a hard version for every map, these would include the custom monsters. 
And there would be a hard version of Doom 3 HELL and Doom 3: ROE Hell for a challenging coop experience.
