/idgames Uploading: Error 421: What Do?

Given the lack of information I can find on the topic, I've been driven to make a thread about this error. I've been trying to upload a .zip and .txt to /idgames for about a week now, and continuously get error 421. I've set the maximum number of connections at once to 1, too. Has anyone else experienced this, and how did you fix it?

There's a "known" bug with FileZilla where it doesn't strictly obey its maximum connection limit when uploading files, for reasons unknown. The solution is to simply use a different client. For example, you can use Windows Explorer as an FTP client, simply by navigating to the FTP location.

I had this issue too, so I started using CoreFTP and now I'm a happy guy.
