Grayscale Doom GFX lmps convert to color?

I'm using Slade 3 and I want to be able to convert the M_DOOM titles that are grayscale in some wads into a color png that looks how it does in the actual game, but all I can get is the grayscale image.  Is there a colorize option I'm missing somewhere?  Should I use another program than Slade?  Just trying to do this to make video thumbnails.  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Gez.  I guess I could have read the documentation.  This will be super helpful :)
