Per mod config files for keybinds in GZDoom

Hey! I've been really getting into downloading and exploring some of the cooler mods that people have been making for Doom. I've been running into a bit of an issue now whilst downloading multiple mods. Each mod usually has it's own special keybinds which eventually leads to some frustrating overlaps when running different mods on the same GZDoom installation.

Right now my solution is just to have a base copy folder of GZDoom and duplicate it and then plunk my mods down in that new folder as it's own standalone, but I wonder if there's a more elegant way of going about it all.
