Oh well, the same old story: After killing cyberdemon you go in hell and pass
trhoughout some places for defeat the spiderdemon into his (our hers?) arena.

But this time you need to fight molcos, the lord of spiders, into his tower!

Climb the tower and pass the floors. Easy.
