Description: |
E1 styled map, my first try at this theme. Many structures will probably seem familiar, some wont. So far this map works perfectly with Vanilla DooM, but I mainly tested it with DooM Legacy (OpenGl). |

| okay map, rather odd secret with teleports though. | x | |

| Great old fashioned fun - with one major problem. Secret near start that has teleports. Some take you to rooms that only have exits that need keys - and you have no keys. | x | |

| Very accurate emulation of the Romero style, the closest I've seen yet. Though the difficulty's ramped up a bit, plenty of health and ammo, just so many monsters right in your face! This feels like it could easily have been the actual E1M9 from Doom. I loved it. 4.5/5 | x | |

| This is a fun E1-style map, with a surprisingly high monster count given its compact dimensions. The gameplay is tricky on account of the large number of hitscan baddies and modest amount of health. Design, layout etc are vintage 1994, on a par with the original E1, texture errors and all. It's marred by some odd bugs, including a hidden teleport near the start that can easily get you stuck forever (it feels like a developer's hack, but shows up on the automap). | x |
