Description: |
Critical Path is a Doom II PWAD for advanced players, preferably those with faster computers, and is difficult enough to challenge anyone on the first few attempts. However, once you've analysed the tactics necessary for the level's completion, it all becomes rather easy. Par time is 28 minutes. |

Avoid attempting to save your games, as the level is too big for games to save successfully. Just pretend you're playing Descent :) |

| The level name sounds like a mid-80s straight-to-video sci-fi film, viz "Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn" or "Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone". The level isn't bad - lots of large rooms, lots of monsters, too many mazes, but it moves quickly and there's lots of carnage. Very simple design, but that's expected for 1995. Some impressively large rooms for the period, including a large slime factory and a silver techbase area. | x |
