IVS is a company that is growing rapidly, and is constantly facing
new challenges.  IVS (the makers of DWANGO) are proud of there service, 
and of course this PWAD.  But, this PWAD was made by a user, not an employee
of IVS.  Voice phone calls concerning/questioning this PWAD are not allowed, 
as this PWAD is given as a gift, not something IVS has the time to support.
