It's old. It has 3 spider masterminds in one area (should I say more?). The level by the way can be completed without cheats and difficulty somehow remains fair, at least for me. I dislike the tricks it uses (pass-through walls, secrets, etc.) which I find cheap and other stuff not good for Doom gameplay, especially the end maze was frustrating. I would give 2.5/5, but I don't like this so it remains 2.

                        weapons and you prepare to fight your way out!!!
