In the Doom Bible, Tom Hall implies that Wolfenstein (and, presumably, Doom) have a scale of 16 units to 1 real-world foot. Doomguy is thus three and a half feet tall.
This small mod corrects that error, enlarging Doomguy to a more appropriate 96 units, or six feet. |

Monsters will generally aim at your knees. Melee attacks are somewhat more difficult.
Playing with this mod will also reveal numerous bugs in the stock levels: they are much too short for a human of normal stature. I strongly recommend binding a key to crouch. Or perhaps to crouch toggle. |
