This is revision 1.2 of "Patcher", a wad tool. DOS command line based (it works from .BAT files and MAKE utilities) but runs in Win'95. This revision fixes a few bugs, (cf. RELEASE.NOT inside) and extends sign creation syntax with per row horizontal alignment. MER now supports arbitrary level assignments via textfile. BRK.EXE (extraction), MAK.EXE (construction), and MER.EXE (combination) are provided. MAK supports embedded textures in the control file, creation of sign textures, text graphics, and level mapping. MER combines some or all resources in two wads. EXE's are redistributable, WATCOM C/C++ 10.6 sources within. Unzip with -d. By Jim Flynn.
