csDoom Master Server

The csDoom Master Server is back up at IP=24.8.143.154. Make sure you change your master.cfg file to this new IP before you connect to this client/server Doom port. Sergey is also looking for a FreeBSD/Linux shell to do some testing off the server.

now all i need is a decent ping rate unlike 1616ms or higher
