Sometimes I feel like I'm procrastinating myself to death. I keep forgetting to take my meds, and when ever I do I don't have enough time to sleep it off, the timeing is always poor. I'v been hit by a car, burned, beaten, my appendix blew up, grating ulcers. Physical pain cannot be compaired to this I feel, it all just feels lesser. It's like you can't shake it, a migraine in a place that doesn't exist, always haunting.

Oh my, I wish you the best health!
I dunno what to say about the procrastination; I combat it with my phone giving me a constant reminder. But what I lack in procrastination I seem to make up for in losing motivation... -
Tough shit man. Unfortunately I can't really help you, but if I could, believe me, I would.
Seriously though, set up an alarm on your phone, or ask someone to like remind you every day to take your medication. You need that stuff, man.
Take care, good luck

Thanks guys. I'm fully aware that no one can help me but myself, and I know soon it will pass. Sometimes I just feel the need to express myself and this is the last bit of social media that I use, and I'v isolated myself So that what few friends or family I do have, I do not convey any kind if internal emotions to them. It's just better this way.

I turned 29 today, completely normal day. Won't be doing anything really different than normal. Work. Speaking of work, I got a new job about 6 months ago, and got the job bid for one of the best positions in the plant (they like me). Training has been going very well, as oddly running this automotive plastics line is a lot like machining. I'v been hearing through many people that the job is "complex" and "a lot to remember". It's been super fucking easy to learn so far, I'm on my second day and have a huge amount of the content learned already, but to be fair, my last job was kinda similar.
The only thing that is fucking with me so far is using the micrometer on sample sheets for density checks, since it's plastic, the results you get very on hand strength. It's annoying as it's not even close to exact as using one on steel. Hopefully I don't step on anyones toes, but I need to look into Micrometers with a set resistance, I strongly feel this process should be better standardized. It's an old line, with people that have been working with the company for close or over 20 years. The more I learn and understand everything, the better idea I'll get on recommendations to improve the process. For the most part, job is cake as fuck.

The reviews for cuphead are giving me a chub. I really want to get it now. Speaking of difficult games, has anyone played rainworld, and if so, did/so you like it?
-
I didn't play rainworld, but I was actually thinking about getting it when it's on sale so I could comfortably grab the OST along with the game. Love the art style...
Speaking of difficult 2D games, have you tried electronic super joy yet? It's a rather old game, but it's fairly enjoyable and certainly not easy at all.
-
I'm on board with the cuphead hype, gonna pick that up soon. Never heard of the others til just now, I'll have to check them out as well, big fan of 2D sidescrollers generally speaking

Is shadow Warrior 2 a good game or no? I feel so so about the first one.

Thanks, I'll just hold off on getting it untill it gets super low again. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of flying hogs games.
-
I think it's worth the money when it's on sale for like 75% off or so. Paying full price, imo, isn't worth it.

I beat wolfenstein tno on iron man in 3 hours and 55 minutes. I'v played through this game too many times.

Usually speedrun videos don't include cutscenes, and just skip them. But it's up to you, after all.

where did you find the record @Anidrex_1009?

I miss anime from the 80s and 90s.

I have to watch Neon Genesis Evangelion at some point. It seems so disturbing and badass (those giant fighting machines piloted by 14 year olds are biological beings O.o)
-
Forgot to mention, you should watch Jojo's Bizarre Adventures: Stardust Crusaders! If you 90's/80's style anime action! :D

It seems we've an uptick in new members. I wonder what ushered all these new people here. Kinda seeing what @40oz was saying.

My wife and I cooked chicken fried rice for the first time. I used a bit too much chicken, but other than that it was really good. And now I know the wonders of sesame oil.

Like I said, a bit to much chicken, like twice as much to much XD.
-
Do you support UberEATS? I want to order some, haha. Anyway, about cooking, first time is always tough, but you can get the feeling and make it better next time.
-
Question: Would you like to see me beat Wolfenstein on iron man mode, Would you like any commentary, or none, and should I skip cutscenes If I do record it. Genuine question, if your answer is no I'd like to hear it.

Why do so many games suck? I'm looking at my steam library and everything seems boring as hell. =/.

Good Luck Glide! Hope everything goes well for you ;)

Game devs forgot how to make good games since the late 2000s.
-
I suppose I can consider myself fortunate to be unaffected by the progressively more casualized games that the AAA studios release, since none of that is of any interest to me personally, and exceptions merely confirm the rule in my case.
Good shmups like "DoDonPachi resurrection" are where it's at. They usually cost you no more than 20$, have a nice difficulty curve, look flashy because they flood your screen with bullets, and if you ever get into scoring they can keep you busy for years, if you wanna "roll deep", that is.
AAA Games are made for the masses, and when dealing with "the masses" you have lots of weak links in there, and your only escape would be competitive gaming (provided you have some people to play with/against long-term).
Doom'16's ultra nightmare would be one of the most difficult (relatively speaking) experiences in terms of recent AAA games, I'd argue, and chances are it'll stay that way for the most part.

So AntiFa is going to be considered officially a terror group. That sounds like adding magnesium to the fire, but fuck it right?

Though I should say that those weren't done by Antifa, but by anarchists and other people acting on their own volition.
-
One of my big issues with this, is that they've done nothing terror"istic", There have been no bombings, hostages, aggressive and militant things of that nature. Just seems to me like an actual terror group would have done something a bit more extreme by now.
There were no Bombs going off at charlottesville, No AR15's with drum mags. I personally think it's very dumb to address the group the same way that we address Terrorism, especially since it hasn't acted as such. I'm also worried that pressing that kind of label on to the group could cause a shift of certain people to shift to more aggressive tactics, such as the horror shows listed above.
-
That's what I worry about as well, not to mention that such a labeling also gives an already shitty administration ammunition to further crack down on the populace.
