    Last month I weighed myself and I was 402, the heaviest I have ever been.  I decided to stop fucking around, quit bitching, and change it.  Not just to get closer to fulfilling my dream of being a cop, but for my health.

     

    I weighed in with my personal trainer yesterday, and I have lost 25 pounds so far!  I am ecstatic.

      For the non-americans: 402 pounds is 182 kg, 25 pounds is 11 kg.
