  5. Yes! There actually is one on my server, I just haven’t posted it here. Only thing I need to add are CWILV patches, an intro map, and a credits map. I’ve had my hands full with XXII, so I haven’t been focused on this. I’m gonna ping @Death Bear to add a link to pre release candidate of the wad to the OP.

  8. Map Name: Plagued by Tormentuos Ideation Author: BluePineapple72 Music: Mandatory Suicide - Slayer (temporary until I find something doom-metaly enough that fits this. I'll say I like the song and thematically it fits with the map and the spirit and energy of the map, but if I do get something else to fit the entire wad better that'd be ideal) Sky: several Format: Boom Difficulty Settings: Somewhat implemented Build Time: 6 hours and around 10 minutes or so of balancing. Do wanna maybe add some details later. Especially to the blue key fight. Comments: Inspired by self destructive tendencies. A short, but difficult level. You'll get the gimmick pretty quickly. Don't know how I feel about the scrolling sinkhole fight yet. You'll have to play with the most recent version of the resource pack. Screenshots:

All 13 submissions have been included, as well as a preliminary map15 that I have 3 hours left to work on.

  11. Are you using any special camera or photoing techniques in order to capture images of physical models? I’m thinking of making some sprites with my hand, hence my asking.

  13. Here’s the concept I came up with: It’s essentially a spider made of people. The brain is a mess of warped eyes and mouths, like sp_face and the INTERPIC slowly morphing together into a monster. The appendages are long malformed arms. The ‘belly’ of the monster is a cage of humans reaching out, kind of like the tripod cages in the war of the worlds movies. These humans slowly ‘fuel’ the beast as they are assimilated into its body. Its attack is it opening its mouth to reveal a bunch of rows of spinning teeth withe a bright center. Like a psychic attack thing. It reveals the horror or some shit. Considering the complexity of this, if I were to do it I doubt I’d have the wad finished before March of next year, which isn’t ideal. It is just a concept after all, and one that seems like it’d be hard to make from modifying the base SMM sprite.
  14. From our famed spreadsheet. Here's the progress on our monster sprire replacements. 3 haven't been started, 2 are finished, and multiple need additional rotations. Cyber and Archie will take the longest time. Some of these numbers are out of date, like the imp for example. There are only like 5 frames remaining on it. Just wanted to give a quick behind the scenes peak at how we're tracking these.

  16. Baron was modified by @myolden from a sprite we found in KDIKDIZD. The soul reaper methinks.
  17. The goal is to have this ready by the end of December. For sure every level will be ready before the 30th. I can't say with certainty that every sprite will be replaced by then. The Cyberdemon has ALOT of work left on it. Same for the Archvile. Hell knight needs work too. There are also three monsters that need sprite work done for them that I am not willing to commit to myself. Those being the Mancubus, The Spidermastermind, and the Arachnotron. Any sprite artist who is ready willing an able to help us with this would really help get this project out quicker. I simply don't have the time to make three new sprites in addition to the ones I'm working on AND the levels I want to make. Simply not feasible with my timeline.
