Misty

Finally compiled all 5 maps in one intended short episode. There are still few things I must do before first public release:

• Add end map.
• Balance skill settings in maps to be sure it's fair for everyone.
• Add other smaller bits, like new titlepic/interpic.
• Test episode to be sure I didn't miss any critical bugs.
