  1. Anyone that owns this thing knows there's a lot going on for it. I don't want to get into a discussion about the Steam Controller itself (thousands of those elsewhere, shoo), but what games do my fellow hardware owners recommend to play, and with what configurations? So far I've only played Typing of The Dead and Half Life, which both work amazingly. I have about $50 to spend on Steam, a beefy rig, as well as already having about 300 games in my library.

I keep hearing Valve / Steam say how great Doom 4 works with the Steam controller.

I only use it if I'm chilling on the couch, wanting to lean back, or playing a racing or other analogue-based game. The keyboard is nice for sending this (like this message right now) and other casual texts. Otheriwse, use keyboard or voicechat.

While the map design in terms of gameplay was nice, the sparseness of enemies and their easily counter-able placement made for a pretty bland experience in terms of difficulty or challenge. A couple of rooms were very nice and I see a lot of potential Toss in some more (logical) enemies, do a lot more testing, listen to feedback, and you've got a solid WAD.
