Jumping/crouching/freelook: you don’t need them, you can collect all items and complete the level without jumping, crouching or freelook – so it's a matter of personal preference. IWAD: Doom 2. WW2 themed mods like Blade of Agony if you count them fitting. Also you maybe want to check Project Einherjar. Again I am not sure if it fits your criteria, but there are Wolfenstein and WW2 vibes present.

Kama sutra have one too. Map 03. It looks like the boat is far away (but is not). Regardless of was it an intentional joke - this is a very unusual and interesting sense of humor. Also can be an example of doomcute in my opinion.
