Is that a 2 unit height difference in the trim around the grate? That ends up looking super good.

I decided to extend my map after a break from working on it. If for some reason I can't finish, I do have a suitable incremental save to submit.

I keep forgetting to mention this. It looks like the original exit door frame texture has an issue in the resource wad. Overwritten patch maybe?

Ah, those were supposed to be conduit/duct type things. I've reworked one of those to be a dead-end now as the shortcut didn't really make sense in a level that's probably too small already. I also deleted the blue carpet room entirely and replaced it. I tried sticking with the original ideas, but I was very unhappy with this original area. Some other updates and pack texture use as well. Now comes the balancing part, which always takes forever. Since there's a teleport in the level I might also play with making a new side area.

Put in a little bit of work yesterday. A little more challenging than I thought in some areas. Not sure what I was thinking exactly when I made this map.

I got the resource WAD. I ran through my map from the original WAD this morning, and there's definitely work to be done.

Hi there, this is DarkWolf. I think back when this was made I still had a Yahoo/Geocities e-mail which is long gone (thus I can't recover my old forum account here either). Fortunately, DooMAD contacted me via my website. What a blast from the past! I was still in high school when we started this. Unfortunately my free time is a bit unpredictable these days. What's the time line? Back in 2016 I revisited a couple of maps, so I'm only a few years out of practice instead of over a decade. If I can't find the time to do it myself, then I would definitely be ok with someone involved in the project making tweaks.
