  2. Well can't decide if I wanna update gzdoom at all anymore, if it's gonna be so fussy. I must have lucked out with 4.8.2. And stayed there. Or maybe I should update so I would know of bugs, but then again I wouldn't have any idea how to fix it anyway.
  3. Odd. I don't know much about gzdoom settings etc but my latest release also had problems for someone with gzdoom using the latest version even though testing on my outdated version it worked fine. I make my wads for dsda usually anyway but sorry about the weird Inconvenience :( Did gz remove mbf21 line flags? And also dehacked support?
  4. Very Strange honestly. I double checked the link had the most up to date version and it does. The fences work as intended when I just now retested in Gz but Im using version 4.8.2

  6. Eh, I don't have a huge history on this site, the 1k x 1k CP is still fresh in my mind. Doing a quick search didn't come up with much, if you wanna point me in the directions to find the many other same space restricted map sets then cool. Some stuff popped up but nothing specifically 1k x 1k that wasn't alresdy the CP in question. I know most doom maps are inspired or dirivitive of each other, that's not an issue. But you named your post/wad the exact same... Like, it's just weird to me.

To me it's even stranger how there's already the 1k x 1k CP thats finished up, that you also participated in, to want to copy the project essentially but not make another "official CP" I don't get it honestly. I can understand wanting a few fellow mappers to join a more themed project, but when the 1k x 1k cp isn't even that old to do the same thing is just weird.
  8. I played the first 2 maps on UV but decided to play the rest on HMP. Mostly because Im not the best doom player, and dont want to end up frustrated. So far up to map05 its been a fun and fair challenge on HMP. A lot of mappers HMP seems to be my UV compared to my maps I design UV around lol. Will Finish it soon!

  10. Yeah I almost forgot I contributed to it it's been so long, then ppl were making comments in the main thread yesterday, I'd figure this would be a fun small release regardless. Thanks for the video :)

  14. This is a map I made for a CP that is probably dead, if it gets revived thats cool too but I really like this map for what it is and for the time I made it. So I present you a small hellish techbase. This is the 4th map Ive ever made, about a year ago, and it shows, its nothing crazy, pretty linear, etc. But if you can kill 7 or so minutes with it and have fun then all is good.   15. Yeah I made 2 maps but looking back only really liked 1 of em. I might just make a post for fun.
  16. Rng is fun and interesting imo. It never bothers me too much. Except the berzerk range is kinda bonkers. Like when you have berzerk and it still took 2 punches to kill a shotgunner. But then you gib a bunch in a row and it's super satisfying, if it was always gibbing hit scanners it wouldn't be as impactful.
